How to add and delete pages |

The default number of pages in our standard book is twenty. You may add more pages or removed some of these pages from your book.This is achieved via the set of buttons which are displayed under each page as you are working on a page.
You can add and delete pages using the tools at the bottom of the active page.
Pressing Add adds a page after the page you are working on. Pressing Delete deletes the page you are working on.

How to add an image to your book |
To add an image to your book navigate to the page you wish the image to appear on. Ensure you have applied a template which allows an image to be added. If you need to change the template read our how to change layout templates article.
The Place an Image box is the area reserved for your image and there are a number of layout configurations to choose from when you wish to add an image. You may add an image directly from your computer or add an image which you have previously added to your image library.
To add an image directly from your computer, press the Browse button and navigate to the image you wish to insert on the page. Once you have found the image on your computer, click on it once to highlight it in blue and then press the Open button. Finially, press the Upload button to upload and insert the image onto your page.
To add an image from your image library press the My Photos button and find the image you wish to insert. Then select the image and and then press the Close button. The image will appear in the image box placeholder.

How to check your order status in MyBookBuilder |

You can log into your MyBookBuilder account at any time to view the status of your order. On the MyBookBuilder tab on www.MyBook.ie you can log in, and you will automatically be brought to your list of Books. Once you are logged in, you can return to this at any time by clicking on the BookBuilder tab, and selecting My Books from the top right. |

Scanning images and documents |

There are many programmes with which to scan images using your scanner. Picasa is very easy to use, and can be downloaded for free, here: http://picasa.google.com/
Whatever program you use to scan your images, try to scan them at 300dpi. DPI means “dots per inch” and 300 is a good quality for printed images. |

Adding text to your book
You can type directly into the text boxes displayed. When you have added text and/or images to a page, press Save. The image will display just as it will in your final book. Use the tools at the bottom of the active page to return to Edit Mode and make changes to your Book.
